Add a Daemon | Devopness Docs

Add a Daemon to keep a program alive, always running with the number of configured processes. A daemon run as a background process and can restart the program when it fails or its code/command line is modified.

On Devopness, navigate to a project, then select an environment
Find the Daemons card
Click View in the Daemons card to see a list of existing Daemons
On the upper-right corner of the list, click ADD DAEMON
Follow the prompts then click CONFIRM
In the Daemon details view, the recently created Daemon details can be seen

Required permissions

To follow this guide, you need the following permissions in the target environment.

Resource Type	Required Permission
Daemon	Add
